Vice President, Government Services

Mr. Farrell directs the Program Management Office, managing teams of information security specialists, application developers, help desk specialists, network engineers and administrators who provide IT services to LCG Systems clients. He has over 20 years of leadership and technical experience providing information technology (IT) services to the government.

Mr. Farrell received a BS degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Maryland, University College, and is certified by the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
